The Covid-19 pandemic altered how people feel and interact with real estate. The majority of the workforce shifted from commuting into busy offices to working remotely from home. This led to a trend of people leaving crowded cities to look for homes with a backyard, office space, more overall square footage. The transition from cities to neighborhoods greatly influenced the Los Angeles real estate market.
The high demand paired with low interest rates created an environment for quick sales and tough negotiations. My work with clients over the past year was no exception to this trend. I was able to work with my team to shift to virtual showings, using FaceTime for tours and going over deals, and used other technologies to help serve our clients in a new innovative way.
This past year proved to be a year unlike any other, so I am honored to be recognized as one of the Top 100 Los Angeles Real Estate Agents in 2020 by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Thank you to all of my incredible clients for their support throughout the years. I am looking forward to another successful year bringing value and knowledge to our community.
